Delete Your SkedgeIt Account
Delete your account in the app (fastest)
- Open SkedgeIt and sign in
- Tap the profile icon (top right) to open your Account page
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Data
- Review what will be deleted, then tap Delete forever
Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@justskedgeit.com from the email address associated with your SkedgeIt account with the subject line “Delete my account.” We’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your tracked shows and watch preferences
- Your streaming services and budget settings
- Your points, streaks, and trivia history
- Your team name and leaderboard entries
- Your login credentials, including Apple and Google sign-in links
This cannot be undone.
What we retain
Anonymous, aggregated data that is no longer connected to you in any way (for example, overall statistics about which shows are searched for) may be retained to improve the service. No retained data can identify you.
